Bombay Kitten: $2500
Burmese Kitten: $1900
Kittens are ready to go home with you at around 12 weeks of age, once we have confirmed they are healthy and prepared to be separated from their mother. Some kittens may require additional time, while others may be ready sooner.
We require a contract for a kitten/cat purchase.
Please know that every kitten and cat we breed is a cherished member of our family. They are raised in a warm, loving home environment alongside children and receive comprehensive veterinary care. Our goal is to ensure they find forever homes filled with love and care. To reserve a kitten, a signed contract and a full deposit of $500 are required.
Kittens come with a kitten care package:
All veterinary records including all age appropriate vaccinations
Microchipping
Health guarantee with genetic health guarantee
Dam and Sire pedigree’s
Complimentary food and toy for the kitten to go home with
Complimentary pet insurance trial
Kitten Blanket (This blanket has been with mom and siblings to provide comfort and ease the transition to your home. Please keep it with your kitten until they feel more settled and secure.)
Kittens are dewormed and treated with flea prevention medication proactively before going home with you.
All kittens will be neutered or spayed. Please understand this is for the health of the kitten.
Kitten Reservations
We do not reserve kittens until they are at least 8 weeks old to ensure they are healthy. When a litter is available, we will contact our waiting list first for reserving a kitten. They will be given 5 days to respond, and then we will continue to move down our reservation list. If we have kittens available, and there is no one on a waiting list we will post pictures of available kittens here.
Waiting List
Please email dragonslaircattery@gmail.com to be added to our waiting list.We are a small cattery and may only have 1-2 litters in a year. We may periodically send emails out to our waitlist checking in throughout the year as we wait for litters to be born. Remember, gestation for a cat is around 65 days. From the time of breeding, it will be at least 5-6 months before a kitten would be available to go home with you.
Understand that Bombay and Burmese cats are social animals, and if you do not have other animals or pets (ie. Cats, dogs, etc.) in the house we recommend, but do not require, you purchase them in pairs so they do not develop separation anxiety or depression if you are out of your house for work during the day. They are highly social cats and very much people dependent.
We do not condone nor want any of our kittens to be declawed. If you truly understand what this does to a cat, you will understand how it sets a cat up for arthritis and lifelong problems with litter box usage and biting. If you had all of your fingernails removed for the rest of your life, I’m sure it would be unwelcome and painful as well. Our contract clearly states, you cannot declaw your cat. If you are having problems, please contact us first before they become overwhelming.
